"Wildlife Fun" - CHARITY
GAMES
The CHARITY GAMES have been a tremendous hit at
IPIC and continue at IPIC 2008! The games encourage conferees to
frequently visit the exhibit areas and provide an exceptional
informal forum for the executives to get to know one another.
The CHARITY GAMES will be held on Wednesday evening during the
“Wildlife Fun” activities. The core time
for the games will be 6:00pm to 9:00pm on Wednesday evening.
However, companies may start the games as early as 5:15pm and
continue the games as late as 10:00 PM.
The CHARITY GAMES considerations include:
- Each exhibitor may choose to have a game in their area. Games
are not mandatory.
- Exhibitors may bring/invent their own game or rent a game from
a game supply company
- Due to ethics considerations, the conferee MUST WIN to receive
a prize (prizes CANNOT be given to conferees unless they win).
- All money will go directly to the selected charity,
World Wildlife Fund.
- One ticket is required per play. CHARITY GAMES tickets may be
purchased directly from the charity representatives for $1.00
each.
- Tickets may be purchased throughout the conference during the
TECHNOLOGY SHOWCASE AND GOVERNMENT SHOWCASE VISIT times.
- For the convenience of players, tickets will be available
during the CHARITY GAMES for purchase in the hotel exhibit
ballroom areas.
